Filing Bankruptcy
In which circumstances can a person file for bankruptcy?
If you are being overwhelmed by your debts to the extent that you can no longer keep up with them or if you have no money left over at the end of each month for paying off your debts after taking care of your other needs.
This situation can quickly get out of hand and your lack of money starts to hamper your life. Your creditors start calling, but there is no way for you to face them. Monthly bills arrive, and you have nothing to pay them with. You have no idea how you will save for your future.
Does this sound like you?
Then perhaps you should consider filing bankruptcy. Once you file for bankruptcy, your inability to pay back your debts will be legally recognized and the onus will no longer be on you. It is a recourse provided to those who are genuinely unable to keep their financial commitments. |
